Our founder – a German raised in Finland – brings an intercultural lens to everything we do. Her career has taken her from Brussels policy circles to the European Central Bank (ECB), PR agencies and industrial companies across Europe and the Middle East. With 65 countries visited, she has a feel for what works and where.

Sofia is a fictional character. Her name stems from the Greek word for "wisdom", and it reflects a love of meaningful creation. The twist? The final three letters – F, I, and A – stand for our core values: fearless, intellectual, and authentic. "& Co" stands for all the exceptional people that bring her to life.
