Our founder – a Finnish-born German – brings an intercultural lens to everything we do. With experience at a Brussels-based think tank, the European Central Bank (ECB), and in PR agencies and industrial firms across Europe and the Middle East, she knows how to make a story travel – and land – even when the topic is highly technical, abstract, or specialized.

Sofia is a fictional character, born from the Greek word for 'wisdom' and inspired by a love of meaningful creation. The twist?
